Hello, I’m Nancy, and I’m the founder of SumOneCares. I have worked in the public school system as a classroom teacher and a certified math specialist for nearly two decades. I love learning, and I love helping teachers and students fall in love with learning.
Because of my experience working within various public school systems, I am well aware of the many challenges facing schools today. The biggest of those challenges is simply trying to find the right people to support in underfunded and understaffed schools. I truly believe that despite the numerous challenges kids today face, all students can succeed when they have access to the right resources.
2020 was a year like no other. Schools NEED HELP NOW more than ever before. But it has to be the right kind of support. Schools need customized support. They need access to PEOPLE who can help. Quality people, WHO CARE! When I worked for the school system, finding quality people to support was extremely difficult. I decided that to fix this problem and get kids the support they need and deserve, I would have to build a support system that didn’t exist yet. SumOneCares was born.
At SumOneCares, we have the skills and expertise to help develop and implement customized support plans for schools to move students from where they are, to where they need to be. All our educators are experts in their field. We know how to grow students’ confidence and minds. It's time to work SMARTER, not HARDER!
